The objective of these General Conditions of Purchase is to regulate buying at the web page accessible through www.minke.es/en/shop/ (Minke Shop from now on) of any of the products offered therein by Minke Lab, S.L. (Minke from now on).
Checking the box “I have read and accept the terms and General Conditions of Purchase” before continuing to secure pay, constitutes the Customer’s acceptance and recognizes having read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Purchase.
Process of Purchasing:
The steps to buy through Minke Shop are the following:
1.Browse the Minke Shop catalogue and choose the product(s) of interest. All of them will be added to the shopping cart.
2.Click on the shopping cart and after verifying that all of the items therein included are the desired ones, click on “Go to check out.”
3.The customer must complete the requested information and accept these General Conditions of Purchase checking the corresponding box. After doing that, the customer can proceed to payment.
4.After finishing the purchase and making the payment, Minke confirms and sends the bill by email. By accepting these General Conditions of Purchase the customer agrees to the sending of the electronic bill. At any time the customer can reject it by writing to comercial@minke.es.
Delivery Time:
Shipping within the country takes 4 to 5 working days once the payment is confirmed by the customer. Minke has 2 to 3 days to issue and the delivery service has 24/48 hours to deliver in Spain. In Europe 7/10 days.
Payment Method:
The method of payment available at Minke Shop is PayPal.
The customer will be directed to the PayPal site with its secure payment platform. The customer will be able to pay with a PayPal account or with a credit card. Once the payment process is finished, the customer will be directed back to Minke Shop.

Shipping costs:
Shipping to the Peninsula: 6 €
Shipping to Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla: 7,5 €
Shipping to Canary Islands: 12 €
Shipping to other countries: 14 €.
These conditions apply:
1. The shipping is done through delivery service.
2. The costs of shipping include in all cases VAT, but no other tax, rate, tariff or surcharge.
3. All of the taxes, tariffs and custom rights are assumed by the customer according to current applicable legal provisions. The amount of such rates can vary according to the amount/weight of the package. In most cases it must be paid upon receiving the shipping.
4. It is understood as shipping the delivery of the items to the home or the address given by the customer during the process of purchasing.
5. Minke delivers the orders to the delivery service in a maximum time of 72 hours. It is not responsible for the possible delays of delivery caused by the delivery service.
Prices:
The prices of the products that appear at Minke Shop are set by Minke, are shown in EUROS and includes VAT.
It’s possible that Minke will include promotions and discounts. Such circumstances will appear reflected on screen, the same as the eventual conditions applicable in its case.
Returns:
The customer with status of consumer and user will have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days following the day in which the order was received.
For this the customer will be able to send an email explaining it to comercial@minke.es in order to receive instructions of the steps to follow.
The returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Upon receiving the items, Minke will proceed to reimburse the price of the product, not the cost of shipping.
In case that the return is due to causes attributable to Minke (defective or incorrect item) Minke will be responsible of picking up the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, assuming the cost of the expenses of this return and/or exchange.
If the cause corresponds to any other circumstance not attributable to Minke, it is the customer that will send the products in perfect condition without any undue delay and in any case, at most, within 14 calendar days after receiving the products. In these cases Minke will reimburse the customer all due payments, except the shipping costs.
Modifications:
Minke Shop and these Conditions can be updated and modified at any moment, without needing previous warning.
Said modifications will be in effect from the moment of their publication on Minke Shop through any medium and form.
The modification of these Conditions will affect only the customers that accept them after said modification.
Intellectual Property:
All products and photos of the shop are protected by the law of intellectual property.
The rights of intellectual property over the products acquired will be of their proprietors, and their author(s) will be specified by Minke at Minke Shop.
The acquisition of products protected by the rights of intellectual property does not assume the acquisition of any moral right or use over the said products. Any misuse can be prosecuted through legal means.
